Hytra

Athens

Hytra offers exquisitely presented Greek food with a hypermodern twist. Though portions can be small, the flavours and cooking techniques are spot on, which is how it earned its Michelin star. There's a 10-course vegetarian tasting menu (€58), and a lighter, more casual menu (mains €20 to €25) served in the bar area.

Its location on the 6th floor of the Onassis Cultural Centre provides great views towards to the Acropolis. In summer, the restaurant moves to the roof of the building for al fresco dining.
