Sixth Sense

Pushkar

This chilled rooftop restaurant is a great place to head to even if you didn’t score a room in the popular hotel. The pizza and the Indian seasonal vegetables and rice are all very good, as is the filter coffee and fresh juice. Its ambience is immediately relaxing and the pulley apparatus that delivers food from the ground-floor kitchen is a delight.

Save room for the desserts, such as the excellent homemade tarts.
