Kep's original design hotel occupies a cluster of 1960s waterfront villas, with rooms out of the pages of a slick magazine. On the seafront, with only a sliver of beach but a lovely infinity pool right before the ocean. It has free yoga in the morning and in-room bathtubs, but for this price, we would've expected flawless wi-fi.
The hotel's upscale restaurant, Strand, is delicious, and its Sailing Club, a waterfront cocktail bar, is the place to be for sunset.
