Following a tumble from grace and a lost Michelin star, Carlo Cracco is back with a four-storey food temple in the Galleria. You can nibble brioche by Luca Sacchi, pralines from Marco Pedron, and overpriced pizza in the bistro, but the star remains the gourmet restaurant with its inventive haute cuisine including red snapper with yuzu jelly and shaved scallops.
