Gourmet Experience

Marquês de Pombal & Around

The previously underused 7th floor of Lisbon's fanciest department store was transformed into the Gourmet Experience in late 2017. A supersized version of a gourmet food hall idea imported from Madrid, this high-end food court with table service is a culinary cornucopia of top Lisboan and Iberian chefs.

With 17 offerings (and five Michelin stars among them), chefs José Avillez, Henrique Sá Pessoa, Kiko Martins, Pepe Solla, Roberto Ruiz and Aitor Ansorena whip up everything from top-shelf Portuguese to Basque tapas and upscale tacos. With Lisbon standouts like Nannarella gelato, Landeau chocolate cake and Gin Lovers cocktails, it's an epicentre of fantastic foodie fabulousness.
