A class act with space for just 16 lucky diners, this Michelin-starred restaurant rests against the old city walls. Jochen Fecht’s season-inspired food allows each ingredient to shine in dishes such as wood sorrel with Monkey 47 gin and bergamot, and nose-to-tail veal with soubise and Shimeji mushrooms.
Exposed stone, muted colours, soft light and bistro seating create an understated yet elegant feel.
