Mughal Darbar

Srinagar

This upstairs restaurant is a great place to try a full spread of Kashmiri cuisine, though good Indian veg dishes are also served. A special room with carpet floor seating and copper serving dishes is available if booking ahead for a full wazwan (Kashmiri multi-course meal). Oriental murals and pillars in the main dining room give it a vaguely regal air.

Don't be fooled by the ground floor impostor.
