As far as decor goes, this Miami-style white and bright restaurant is as stylish as Pape’ete gets. The Tahitian nouveau-style menu here changes regularly but always has lots of locally inspired dishes such as mahi mahi (dorado fish) with fafa (taro leaves), coconut sauce and ginger (2500 CFP) or magret de canard (duck breast) with fresh mangoes (3500 CFP). The wine list is one of the best on the island and the owner (who used to teach about wine at the Culinary Academy in San Francisco) will often visit your table if you need a suggestion.
