This swanky bar and restaurant wins for its potent craft cocktails, killer sunset view and friendly service. The setting is incredibly romantic, particularly the tables set up on the pier, but do bring a sweater (and possibly a headband) to protect against strong ocean breezes. Best to stick with drinks, as the food is inconsistent.
