As the name might suggest, the interior of this elegant hotel is reminiscent of a historic Italian inn, with formal furnishings and strong colours framing dark woods. The bedroom are named after saints and all but one look out across Porlock Bay – the best, Santa Maria, charms with a four poster bed and sweeping sea views.
