The coolest spot in Wailua has hammered-aluminum tabletops, a chalkboard craft-beer menu, and an open grill where gourmet burgers are made. And they are glorious. Choose a Greek burger topped with olive tapenade and feta, an Italian layered with prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella, spinach and marinara sauce, or get serious with a $23 street burger.
The street burger is topped with cured pork belly, a fried egg, arugula, blue cheese and crispy fried onions. They make their own veggie patties, and offer six flavors of fries: Parmesan and garlic, pickled peppers and Sriracha, truffle and garlic, herb, chili, and sea salt.
