At this working dairy farm, you can see the cows being milked (by robots) to make Labora's luscious ice cream. Each day there are 18 flavours, such as strawberry made with strawberries grown on the farm, served in a giant waffle cone and topped with fresh strawberries and handmade strawberry syrup and whipped cream from the cow's milk.
Other varieties range from strender stropertje (caramelised Texel raisins) to red-wine and cinnamon sorbet, and apple pie.
