Kyrenia Tavern

Kyrenia (Girne)

If you like your dining experiences authentic and eccentric, this garden restaurant serving Cypriot favourites is the spot for you. There's no menu, just a choice of two mains with meze to start. Don't expect to eat and run; this is a full-evening affair, giving you time to admire the bizarre surroundings including beat-up cars and bikes, and kind-of-creepy mannequins.

Coming from Belediye Meydanı on Mustafa Çağatay Caddesi, turn right onto Şair Nedim Sokak and the Kyrenia Tavern is on the first left-hand corner, after the small fire station. Booking is essential.
