The restaurant itself is a gleaming white, effortlessly elegant space that manages to feel refreshingly unpretentious (children are welcome).
The food is an ever-changing feast, with ingredients plucked from the family-run farm nearby. Expect spectacular flavours concocted from the restaurant's own eggs, olives, honey, aubergines, lemons and herbs. To top it all, they offer a tour of their wine and cheese cellar and busy working kitchen either before or after your meal.
