RD's Diner

Northern Belize

Rick and his staff go above and beyond to ensure a good time at this unassuming eatery. The interior might be nondescript but it's an excellent place to sample some local specialties such as gibnut (small, brown-spotted rodent) stew. Otherwise the menu offers a mix of Belizean, Mexican and straight-up continental fare, such as burgers, salads and fried seafood.
