The award-winning Swedish bar, Linje Tio, famous for its collection of crafted cocktails, is opening a pop-up location in London this month.
Opening from 31 January to 7 February at The Den and 100 Wardour Street in Soho, the drinks menus will feature some of Linje Tio’s famous creations, including a Scandinavian take on the pina colada – a cocktail called Beets By Tjoget, which features beet-infused Absolut Vodka, coconut syrup, ginger, lemon, and nutmeg, and Open Sesame, a combination of Blanton’s Bourbon, Swedish punch, Café Borghetti, espresso, and sesame syrup. Other cocktails on the menu will include La Belle Epoque, a mix of Pierre Ferrand Cognac Amber, absinthe, lemon, and sugar, topped off with champagne, La Nuit, featuring cognac, sherry, orange and cinnamon bitters with capers, and So Fresh So Clean, a non-alcoholic concoction of Seedlip Garden, coconut syrup, rosemary tincture, lemon and grapefruit.
“We are thrilled that the team at Linje Tio will be joining us at the end of January to offer our clientele the chance to sample their incredible drinks. We can’t wait for them to bring their Scandinavian spirit over to London, and we’re sure they’ll wow guests with their unique, artisanal menu,” said Leslie Kwarteng, Senior General Manager of The Den and 100 Wardour Street.
The Stockholm-based Linje Tio was chosen by World’s Best Bars as one of their top 50 picks for 2017, the first ever bar in Sweden to secure a place.
