Exquisitely presented set-menu dishes (no à la carte) have earned chef Martijn Kajuiter a Michelin star. Offerings include organic Irish smoked salmon with buttermilk and dill oil, West Cork scallops with sea spinach and Irish caviar, Kilmore Quay turbot with Lismore chanterelles and bee pollen, and pecan caramel rum mousse in a milk chocolate sphere.
Its panoramic dining room at Ardmore's Cliff House Hotel has stupendous sea views.
