Nubra Valley
Turtuk Holiday is busy completing proper hotel rooms in the main building; in the meantime, uniformed staff welcome guests to a twinkling garden containing a dozen bedded 'luxury' tents, with attractive rustic-style en suite bathrooms, little terraces and thick mattresses.
The hotel's restaurant is also open to non-guests. It's easy to find on the main road, with parking available.
