Café Brújula

Oaxaca City

Oaxaca’s most prestigious and ubiquitous local coffee roaster uses organic beans plucked from growers in the western part of the province. The company has opened four cafes since 2006, the best of them situated in a tranquil courtyard (next to several book and craft shops) in Calle Alcalá. Aside from the fruity joe, they ply fruit smoothies and handsome wedges of carrot cake.
