Cork City

More theatre than restaurant, this bold venture by chef Takashi Miyazaki immerses diners in the art and craft of Japanese kappou cuisine – an elaborate multicourse meal prepared and plated by the chef as you watch; expect a dozen courses spread over three hours or so. The restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in 2019. Miyazaki also has a takeaway restaurant.
