Mestizo

Vilcabamba

This beautiful cafe with a people-watching terrace right on the plaza is the best spot in town for a coffee (the owner is Argentine, and knows how to make a good one), smoothies (choose the one with the ingredients related to your star sign) or a hunger-inducing range of creative sandwiches, muffins and cakes.

Dietary requirements – vegetarian, gluten- and lactose-free diets – are catered for too. Not many people make it as far as the pretty, peaceful garden at the back.
