Brodard

Orange County

This longtime favorite spot has a huge menu of salads, sandwiches, soups and rice dishes, but just about every table orders the oddly addictive nem nuong cuon – rice-paper spring rolls wrapped tightly around Spam-like grilled pork patties and served with tangy sauce. A small squadron of chefs assembles them.

Sister restaurant Brodard Chateau does a similar but more limited menu in classier digs.
