Einsi Kaldi

Heimaey

On the ground floor of Hótel Vestmannaeyjar, Einsi Kaldi is Heimaey's highest-end dining experience, with well-crafted seafood recipes and modern mood lighting. The Vestmannaeyjar-born chef creates dishes like monk fish or lobster or beef tenderloin (all usually locally sourced), and skyr (Icelandic yoghurt) panna cotta or lava flow chocolate cake to finish.
