This upscale garden restaurant in the Hotel Sonnenhof, 3km south of the centre, perhaps tries a bit too hard with its Romanian, French, Norwegian, German, Greek and Italian specialities, but it is still widely considered one of the best in Suceava. There's a full range of seafood, beef imported from the USA, and more reasonably priced pasta and risotto dishes.
