Run by infectiously enthusiastic naturalist Dhanraj Malik, Desert Coursers Eco Lodge is a supremely relaxed place to hole up for a few days and get into desert rhythms. The camp has air-conditioned koobas (thatch-roofed huts) decorated with mirrors. Very good meals are available and the price includes excellent safaris. Advance bookings advised.
