On the small hill directly opposite the wharf, the Grand is TI's best all-round accommodation choice. Rooms range from the 'budget' ones buried at the back, which are still clean with en suite, TV and air-con, to larger front rooms with ocean and mountain views. Rates include a very generous buffet breakfast. The restaurant consistently serves some of TI's best meals and the terrace is a popular sunset gathering spot.
