Taiwan's Kaohsiung Airport battles flea infestation

An airport in southern Taiwan is currently battling an infestation of fleas. Kaohsiung Airport in southern Taiwan has amped up its cleaning efforts after workers reported being bitten by fleas for the past three weeks. Though it is unclear what has caused the infestation, some have blamed upgrade works to its departure lobby, while others have cited stray dogs that sometimes prowl the airport’s car park.
