About 2.5km along the road to Popondetta is Grace’s place, run by the big-hearted portmistress Grace Eroro. Grace welcomes travellers in her bunkhouse (a bed for the night and a mosquito net, though flush toilets and showers are still in the planning), or you can camp on the lawn and bathe in the river. Meals cost extra.
