Norway and Sweden join forces to save Arctic fox

The Norwegian and Swedish governments have signed an agreement that will see them join forces to save the Arctic fox.

The species is endangered in Scandinavia, with climate change and competition for territory from the much larger common red fox. The two nations have pledged to conduct ‘transnational fieldwork’ and share reporting. Read more: thelocal.no
