Taxi passengers in Seoul will face heavy fines for vomiting in a cab starting in February. Under new guidelines, passengers will incur fines of up to ₩150,000 (US$140) for vomiting in a taxi, and other penalties for damage or “misbehaviour”. Some critics have argued that taxi drivers should also be liable for poor service or refusing passengers.
