
The last McDonald’s burger ever sold in Iceland can now be seen at a Reykjavík hotel. The burger chain left Iceland in 2009 after the financial crisis hit its business. Hjörtur Smárason bought a cheeseburger and fries on its last day of business and has kept the meal. It was housed at the National Museum of Iceland for a stint and can now be found at the Reykjavík Bus Hostel. The meal barely shows any signs of decay. Read more: huffingtonpost.co.uk
