The company is looking for its first official “Chief Grilling Officer,” who will travel across the United States for two weeks in search of the best barbecue meat in the country. While the official route that the Chief Grilling Officer will follow around the US has not been completely revealed yet, some cities they will visit will be Nashville, Memphis, Kansas City, Dallas, and Austin. The CGO will also have some say on where to go next so that the final itinerary will be very much custom-made around the person who will be chosen for this dream job.
