Fujairah Museum information
Archaeological finds from nearby digs at Bidya, Bithnah and Qidfa – including vessels, arrowheads and carnelian beads – reveal that the area has been settled for at least 3500 years. Other halls are crammed with ethno items like weapons, costumes and Bedouin jewellery. Although the significance of many objects is undisputable to the lay visitor, a few more captions and explanations would make a visit here more meaningful.
