Most banks exchange currency, though the level of service varies; your chances of finding reasonably efficient service are greatest at the Korea Exchange Bank (KEB). There’s a black market for US dollars in Jungangdong and Nampodong; look for women sitting on chairs clutching black purses and whispering, ‘changee’.
Gimhae International Airport currency exchange domestic terminal (9:30am-4:30pm); international terminal (8:30am-9pm).
