Hinagdanan Cave
Snorkellers can experience the refreshingly cold waters of Hinagdanan Cave at Bingag, on the island’s northern coast, with its mixture of fresh and salt water. Sadly, the entrance is entirely obscured by a small village of souvenir stalls.

Oops Bar
The perennial favourite for its cocktails, shooters and the famous Baileys Shake. Can’t find your feet to get home? There are some good-value nipa rooms out the back (from P800) if you can handle the noise.

Trudi’s Place
An ugly ice-cream cake of a restaurant, but good for cheap food. You can get Filipino and Western dishes for a crazy P60 and there’s a decent selection of salads.
