Milan's Central Station is a masterpiece of rationalist architecture. International high-speed trains serve Switzerland and France, while national and regional trains serve Mantua, Venice, Turin, Rome and Naples.
Coaches, run by public transport operator ATM depart from the Piazza Luigi di Savoi, next to Stazione Centrale, for Linate Airport every 30 minutes from 6am to 11pm. The trip takes 25 minutes.
The private train line Treno Nord departs from Cadorna station and operates regional services – including Como Nord and the Malpensa Express – to stations throughout Lombardy and Piedmont.
