Parco Sempione
Lonely Planet review for Parco Sempione
Everything you’d expect from Milan is here: a historic castle (Castello Sforzesco), chic bars, a museum honouring design (Triennale di Milano), lovely Liberty-style buildings (Civico Acquario) and an architectural conversation piece (Torre Branca). Plus there’s grass, winding paths, relaxed people, and peace and quiet, too.

Peace, tranquility, and a castle
baxgirl830 recommends this,
The Parco Sempione is one of the few large parks in Milan and is also home to the Castello Sforzesco (Sforza Castle in most English speaking books) and the Arco delle Pace (which looks a lot like the Arc di Triomph from far away). It's a really nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city of Milan and relax. It's also by the Civic Aquarium and the Triennial Museum.

Best hang out spot in Milano during May and June
bighc recommends this,
Perfect for an early morning jog. The park is beautiful and large. Its maintained on a daily basis. Go with your friends to watch the locals playing football and enjoy a cold beer. Models, both male and female, regularly hang out in southern part of the park.
