Lonely Planet review
Trainspotters and kids will adore this museum, with its decaying collection of old steam locos and carriages. Among the venerable bogies are the former Viceregal Dining Car and the Maharaja of Mysore's rolling saloon. The indoor gallery displays Indian Railways memorabilia, including the skull of an elephant that charged the UP Mail in 1894. A toy train (adult/child ₹20/10) chuffs around the grounds.
