Personalised weight loss or illness recovery programmes can be implemented by arrangement, and the doggie guests have fun and games with reinforcement of basic training. They're fed natural and hypoallergenic, healthy food and treat with carbon-filtered drinking water. At night, the dogs sleep on sheep-wool stuffed beds in cosy, comfortable rooms with underfloor heating.

There are no bars or wire cages, and they also get to hang out and chill in the guest lounge, which has a wood-burner, rugs, beds and toy baskets. To help create a sense of calm in sleeping areas and at rest time, classical music and lavender oil infusers are used.

"We felt that there was a clear gap in the market for families like us, who have canine pets but would not feel comfortable leaving them in a traditional kennel environment," say Neil and Emma. "Also, that there was a new and exclusive niche that we felt we could fill. So, we set about creating the perfect place for them to stay."
