Central Granada – the level ground from the Realejo across to Plaza de la Trinidad – is very compact, so hotel location doesn’t matter much. The prettiest lodgings are the Albayzín courtyard houses, though these call for some hill-walking, and many aren’t accessible by taxi. The handful of hotels up by the Alhambra are scenic but a hassle for sightseeing further afield. Rates are highest in spring and fall, spiking over Easter.
