Suffers from a lack of TLC, but at least it’s cheap.
This B&B is more than 130 years old and retains every morsel of its old-world charm. The massive rooms and fabulous antique furniture, which includes wooden harps and king-sized nara -wood canopy beds, will blow you away.
A historic B&B, but where’s the antique furniture?
Legitimate high-end option combines mod-cons with old-world flourishes.
Lest we forget Vigan is near the ocean, there’s this inoffensive resort on a vast beach merely a P60 tricycle ride (5km) west of the centre. The simple rooms are well-maintained.
With an impressive array of rooms, a great restaurant, free wi-fi and top-notch service, this is Vigan’s best value. Brick walls, capiz-shell windows, wooden beams and antique furnishings lend it rustic flavour.
You can’t beat the location, right in the heart of the Mestizo District.
Has large, basic rooms. Access to the pool costs around P40, even for hotel guests. Prices don't include breakfast.
