This grungy shopping arcade with three floors of cool little boutiques is always buzzing - and not just with tattoo needles. BA's young groovers treat this place as their second home, dropping in to get their eyebrows pierced, buy secondhand records, CDs and comics, and try on hip threads from young designers. And of course add a new tat to their collection.
