Introducing Manacor

Manacor, the island’s second-largest city, is perhaps best known as the birthplace of tennis great Rafael Nadal and as a centre of furniture manufacturing. That we mention such things should speak volumes for its tourist appeal. That said, it does have a striking church at its centre, and there’s some fine shopping to be had in the vicinity – from wineries to Mallorca’s world-famous pearls, all on the city’s outskirts.
