    There are good restaurants at the Unikat, Białowieski and Żubrówka hotels, and also next door to the Natural History Museum (Restauracja Parkowa), but none compare to Carska . This silver service restaurant occupying the Tsar's private railway station 1km south of the town specialises in game, such as szynka z sarny (pickled wild-boar ham).
