This is Areco’s only hostel, and it’s a good one. Dorms and rooms are small but fine, and there’s a grassy garden (with parrilla) in back. Bike rentals and tours available. Private rooms cost AR$150 on Saturday night.
This historic, 300-hectare working estancia is located about 20km from Areco. You can watch and even take part in managing cattle herds – or play golf and tennis at a nearby country club.
