Scottish Angus Cow & Calf

Denver

Created by Dan Ostermiller, these bigger-than-life bronze sculptures of a cow and her calf pay homage to the historic cattle culture of Colorado. Originally commissioned by a local businessman for his ranch, it was gifted to the Denver Art Museum in 2006. Remarkable for their size and beauty, the pair are popular with kids for climbing and posing for photos.
