Off the shore of Tongatapu are a series of smaller islands and reefs, all with something to charm the visitor. Just to the north and northwest are Pangiamotu, Fafá and 'Atata and all have sand, sun, palm groves and lots of water-based fun. Further out to the southeast is the forested, rocky 'Eua group, where some of Tonga's best ecotourist opportunities await.
