The interior is tunnelled into the stone cliff face, which makes it wonderfully cool in the height of summer. Elegant rooms have lashings of white linen, satin bedheads, Florentine-inspired furniture and majolica-tiled floors. Some spoil guests with terraces and deckchairs for panoramic contemplation.
The restaurant comes highly recommended.
