Completed in 1862, the Victoria Theatre was one of Singapore's first Victorian Revivalist buildings, inspired by the Italian Renaissance. It reopened in 2014 after an extensive S$158 million refurbishment, which thankfully not just preserved but enhanced the building's charm and architectural grandeur. Head up to level three to view the heritage gallery, which gives a complete history of the theatre and concert hall.
It is home to the Singapore Symphony Orchestra.
