If Erdenet has a town centre, this cultural 'palace' is it. While the building itself is only slightly memorable, it often hosts temporary art exhibitions and theatrical and dance performances (all in Mongolian). Mainly, this is a nice spot to swing by and people-watch; there's a good chance a friendly young Mongolian may practice their English on you while you hang out.
